ABOUT US

Snow Leopard Sports was founded and created by Evan Oaks, a current college student playing competitive baseball in the northeast part of the country.  Evan grew up playing the highest level of baseball in South Florida before moving to the District of Columbia to continue his baseball career.

“Moving from the beautiful and sunny state of Florida to the cold and frigid northeast area of the country was a difficult transition, especially on the diamond.  It was difficult to get loose and stay ready to play.  No long sleeve or thermal athletic wear could keep me warm.  I was to the point where I was wearing ski jackets between innings!  It all came to a head the second week of my first spring season.  We were playing an “away” series in Salisbury, Maryland.  The second day I was coming off the bench late in the game for an at bat.  It was freezing and windy and after sitting for seven innings, I practically couldn’t feel my hands.  That’s when I stepped up to the plate and was “sawed off” on the first pitch.  That is when Snow Leopard Sports was born!

Evan partnered with other collegiate and professional baseball players enduring the same temperature problems to design the first ever heated batting gloves for competitive play.  The gloves use new and advanced conductive fabric materials to safely and comfortably keep your hands warm.  After realizing the power of the technology for use with batting gloves, Snow Leopard Sports began the process of expanding the technology for use in other products.  The Snow Leopard Sports brand is committed to keeping athletes warm, comfortable and loose from head to toe.  We pride ourselves on making the highest quality products for our athletes and use only the most comfortable and durable materials on the market today.  Our products are used by the hottest athletes in the coldest climates.
